Our mission is to give real estate owners an option to free themselves from the burden of their unwanted property. As investors, our search is for homes and land that meet our investment criteria and one of our primary goals is to find a new owner for every property we purchase. Depending on the holding costs and potential uses of each property, we may decide to hold the real estate for long-term investment purposes.
